Job Description:We are looking for a Product Manager to be part of our Monetisation & Economy team in Candy Crush Soda Saga. Join the team in Stockholm, Barcelona, London, or Berlin and help us develop, optimize, and grow the best in-game ads experience for millions of players!

Your role within the Kingdom As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with analysts, developers, and designers to bring the advertising experience in Candy Crush Soda Saga to the next level. You will be a part of the full development cycle from ideation to post-release optimizations. The learnings acquired along the way will be used as input to new features to increase user engagement and monetization.

Specifically, you will:

  • Own the ads roadmap within Candy Crush Soda Saga
  • Shape and design ads player experience to drive high advertising engagement
  • Lead the ads team and foster strong relationships within the studio and King to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving agreed targets
  • Use data to understand the in-game and ads metrics to assess performance of experiences as well as identifying new opportunities
  • Be a bottomless source of ideas when it comes to new experiences to test within in-game advertising
  • Liaise with our internal stakeholders including Activision Blizzard Media, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams
  • Provide stakeholders with regular or ad-hoc updates on the performance of the product
  • Establish close collaboration with other product team members, ensuring alignment on direction for ads as well as ensuring cross-collaboration with other areas of the game

  • You are a passionate problem solver and know how to draw data-driven business insights that will add real value to King. You are proactive and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment whilst communicating effectively with teams and individuals across King - such as Data Scientists, Game Developers, Designers, and other Product Managers.
  • Love for mobile products and have experience in developing high impact features
  • Highly analytical, with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Strong interest in gaming and advertising business
  • Proven Product Management experience in delivering revenue through improving products
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environments
  • Talent for building strong professional relationships and strong influencing and communication skills
  • Curious, empathic, team player

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with networks such as Google AdMob, Unity, Ironsource, Meta, etc. and prospects they provide to shape ads player experience (duration controls, blocklisting, ads quality control tools, etc.)
  • Previous experience from games industry and in-game ads products
