@Messi10GOD @GrantWahl **** that. Xfinity is not good but it’s the lesser of both evils. BeIN Sports asked for too much money and now their availability sucks. Only reason they’re still on is because they get money from the Middle East parent company. That’s it. They’re not profitable at all.

Never an issue with Directv until AT&T bought them & their customer service suffered while $$ kept rising. Back to Comcast for the moment.

@comcast You really tried it. I returned my equipment, pain, & closed my account in 2017 before leaving CA. Why did y'all attempt to charge $89 & make a collection on my credit🤣😂 It was rejected. Terrible company. Good thing I took pictures & kept my last bill!💩

@COSportsNut When you go into are Walmart the Xfinity people want to bombarde you with questions about what cable service you use . The minute you bring up Altitude they tell you it’s not their fault! We’ve used the same cable company for over 20 yrs. 1st one to get back altitude gets my $.

@wendywhite Frontier FiOS has been out most of this visit (Wed until now). Xfinity coming this week.Last attempt to ask F resulted in them saying they would support diagnosing because I have a non-Frontier router. Fine, but the problem is reported by others, too.So I give up.

@VerizonSupport no. also your technician called AND texted my personal phone asking me out. unrelated to this and i wasn’t gonna air a grievance but honestly i’m a loyal customer with service at two properties and i will switch both of them to comcast and spectrum, respectively 🤬

@ATTHelp I cannot even get your app to load to troubleshoot. I have a brand new phone with decent reception LTE, yet I’m getting only .39 Mbps down and 7.98 up. This coupled with @comcastcares completely down in my area.

I don’t understand why I ALWAYS have issues when I’m trying to get utilities/services done. Xfinity, semco, AT&T, etc. Nothing ever goes easy when I call somewhere.
